Steelwrist buckets - for efficient material handling

X06 MarkTodd 600x600

Efficient digging geometry

The most energy is consumed in the digging movement. That may sound obvious but it is surprisingly often the case that too large and too heavy buckets are used. Steelwrist’s bucket series i optimized for use with tiltrotators. Grading buckets have indented corners and all the buckets have a round back. The round back with progressive radius allows the bucket to cut material easier throughout the digging motion, at the same time making it easier to empty the bucket. The result is faster cycle times and higher digging capacity per fuel crown.

Low weight and high durability

Back, wear plates and sides are made of high quality abrasion-resistant steel while the blade is made of even harder 500 Brinell material. The high grade abrasion-resistant steel makes it possible to make the bucket relatively light without compromising durability. The fuel is therefore used to manage material instead of lifting an unnecessarily heavy bucket.

Easy to move the bucket with another bucket

Through a simple lifting hook on the bucket, it is easy to move a bucket using another bucket. You could for example use a cable bucket to move a grading bucket.
