You always receive one year of factory warranty but can easily extend it to two years on tiltrotators, quick couplers and steering systems with a few simple steps.
The standard warranty includes 12 months or 1600 hours (whichever comes first) and include:
– All construction and workmanship errors on all products.
To get the extended warranty up to 24 months and 3200 hours on tiltrotators, quick couplers and steering systems (first occurred) you as the end user need to ensure that:
The tiltrotator and/or quick coupler are registered with Steelwrist within a month from when you received the tiltrotator from your dealer.
You follow the service schedule contained in the user manual, which you get with the delivery of the machine.
