OptiLube Functional Description
Opilube is a fully automatic and precise lubrication system integrated in your tiltrotator. The system consists of an electromechanical drive, a 120ml cartridge of optimised worm drive lubrication, and a battery pack. Optilube communicates with other Steelwrist Quantum Connect system over radio to set dispense rate and keep track of lubrication intensity and remaining cartridge volume.
The Optilube drive provides pressure build-up of 7.5 bar / 109 psi and is used for single-point lubrication. The system is nominally set up to dispense a full cartridge over approximately 6 month, which equals to approximately 3-5 cm3 in 100hr use. The battery pack is expected to last max 1 year and must then be exchanged.
