You can reach Steelwrist central Support via the green button at the bottom right of the screen. The chat is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Inquiries submitted outside these hours will be replied to by email.

Steelwrist Portal

Authorized dealers and service partners can use the Dealer Login on the website to access the Steelwrist Portal. Here you can order spare parts, view your orders, search by serial number, see technical documentation, find service manuals, register warranty claims and much more.

Please note that over a transitional period there are two platforms active, the Steelwrist Portal and the Support Web. The Support Web and all its functionalities will be transitioned to the Steelwrist Portal during 2026. Until then users need to maintain accounts on both platforms.
