Mechanical Work Tools
Work tools for a wide range of applications
Using the right work tool plays a crucial role in enhancing the excavator’s capability and efficiency when performing various tasks. Steelwrist mechanical work tools include rippers, asphalt cutters, grading beams, brushes and pallet forks. All are designed with the goal of offering a range of high-quality attachments that are cost efficient and easy to use.
Steelwrist Mechanical work tools
Steelwrist offers mechanical work tools adapted for excavators and for use under the tiltrotator. The growing range include rippers, asphalt cutters, grading beams, brushes and pallet forks. Whether it’s breaking through tough surfaces, cutting asphalt, leveling grounds, clearing debris or handling heavy loads, the right work tool plays a crucial role in enhancing the excavator’s capabilities and contributing to the success of the projects you are undertaking.
We put a lot of effort into the continuous development of our products, based on user feedback, ergonomics and engineering. High-strength steel in combination with highly wear-resistant steel makes our work tools robust and durable.
Pallet Fork
Lift and move pallets efficiently at the worksite with a Steelwrist pallet fork on the excavator. The pallet fork is intended for use with or without a tiltrotator to lift pallets and are available in hydraulic or mechanical versions. Excellent for use in areas with limited space, such as roadwork and on construction sites when unloading material from trucks. Steelwrist pallet forks have adjustable spread and excellent through-visibility.
Fixed Brush
The mechanical fixed brush has a variety of uses and is adapted for excavators. It can easily be used under the tiltrotator, so you can adjust the angle to reach tight spaces. With the fixed brush you can sweep gravel, remove snow from bus stops and barns or sweep near traffic without risking stone chips. The brush has a robust and simple design.
Grading Beam
The grading beam is an exceptional work tool for leveling and compaction of material in groundwork projects, over large areas, and is designed for use under a tiltrotator. The angled top bracket keeps the grading surface rotating perfectly with the tiltrotator. The adjustable side plates lets you retract for tight or delicate areas, and extend for improved material control. When using the extended rear blade you can carry and spread material without changing work tool.
Asphalt Cutter
Indispensable to use ahead of cable and pipe installations, as you can make precise cuts in the asphalt, before you start digging. The cut area remains neat and tidy, with only the necessary amount of asphalt removed. This work tool is also practical for cutting grass in landscaping tasks.
Ripper
Use the ripper on the excavator to break through hard or frozen ground, remove rocks, tree roots or old pipes. The ripper penetrates and fractures the material or ground first, making it easier and more efficient to remove afterwards with a bucket. This reduces the strain on the machine and improves digging efficiency. The design allows for optimal breakout force and the tooth on the ripper can easily be replaced.
