Support directly from us or from a service partner near you Our own field service department is the link between our development department and the end customer. Most often our dealers handle most of the problems that may arise in the field. Sometimes you need our help, or it is something that we want to look at in order to improve.
We have a great advantage that is Rosersberg because we can easily cover a large area where there are very many excavators. Regardless, it is important that any problems are solved quickly and our field service is available as an extra resource when necessary.
