POSITIONING SYSTEM

The positioning feature is an option to the tiltrotator control and connects the tiltrotator control system with Machine Control Systems like iDig, Leica, Moba-Novatron, Topcon and Trimble. Using sensor technique in the tiltrotator you get full feedback on the position of the bucket via the Machine Control System’s display. On the display you can see in realtime the rotation angle of the bucket and measure the depth from all edges of the bucket.

The positioning system also enables the auto-tilt function which helps to automatically control the position of the tiltrotator and bucket based on the 3D maps in the Machine Control System. This means easier and more efficient digging and grading that minimizes the risk of unnecessary and costly moving of material.
